Inclusion and equity are central themes in the Finnish and the Nordic employment legislation as well as in the cultural strategies. Cultural leaders have a central role and an obligation to promote these laws and strategies, and to create a strong, inclusive and sustainable field of arts and culture. In the panel discussion Nordic arts and cultural specialists and managers will discuss how directors can become change makers for inclusion and diversity.
The panel discussion is arranged by the Nordic Network for Norm Critical Leadership in cooperation with Culture for All Service and IMMART. The aim of the Nordic Network for Norm Critical Leadership is to generate new knowledge and new norm critical practices and governance for the cultural field.

GAP ART SUMMIT 2022 is the first in a series of art conferences organised by Globe Art Point in collaboration with the association’s partners and stakeholders. This year’s summit has been organised together with Luckan Helsingfors and supported by the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike), The Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland and The Culture, Leisure Division of The City of Helsinki.

CULTURE FOR ALL SERVICE
THE SERVICE operates nationally in the field of art and culture. Its objective is to offer information and support to cultural operators on questions connected with accessibility and diversity. The Culture for All Service collaborates in development work towards the inclusion of diverse audiences not only with art and cultural institutions but also with different audience groups.
NORDIC CULTURE POINT
NORDIC CULTURE POINT is an institution of the Nordic Council of Ministers which works to support Nordic co-operation within the area of culture and to increase awareness of Nordic culture in Finland. Our vision is that everyone should be able to participate in socio-cultural life on equal terms.
Nordic Culture Point has three different elements – the management of funding programmes, a library, and cultural events. Our key target groups are: practitioners of art and culture in the Nordic and Baltic regions; Finns who are interested in culture and society; and Finnish schools, daycare centres, and universities.

NORDIC NETWORK FOR NORM CRITICAL LEADERSHIP
A NORDIC NETWORK involving individuals and institutions joining forces to enable professional and cross-disciplinary discussions on norm critical leadership and practice within the field of art and culture and to share best practices on how to develop the field concerning inclusion, diversity, and equality. The aim with the network is to generate new knowledge and new norm critical practices for the cultural field and to develop a toolkit on norm critical governance.
