The workshop presents a dialogue tool that supports cultural diversity and sustainable development. The tool provides your organisation with practical support for reforming work community practises and observing cultural diversity and equality, both in training events and in developing the working life.
In the workshop, experts from the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Arts Promotion Centre Finland will present the process thus far behind the dialogue cards. This will be followed by a conversation on how the cards can be used by individual artists and arts collectives. The conversation will be used as a source of information in the final stage of finishing the cards and implementing them into the field of art and culture.
Workshop facilitators:
- Koko Hubara; Arts Advisor: development programme for mobility and diversity in the arts at Taike
- Maija Lummepuro; Senior Ministerial Adviser, Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture
