Giorgia Lolli is an Italian dance artist whose practice intertwines dramaturgical-choreographic research and community processes. She graduated from Zürich University of the Arts – BA Contemporary Dance, and is currently an MA student in the Choreography programme at the Theatre Academy, Helsinki University of the Arts. She is currently researching the ties between feminisms and choreographic composition, moved by the politics gaze and the sexualized experiences of female-socialized bodies. Her work has been presented across Italy, and in Switzerland, Portugal and Germany. Since 2017, she had a range of experiences in the field of movement and accessibility, and has been facilitating classes for people living with disabilities and Parkinson’s.
