I have a background in academia, including an MA in Theory and Practice of Theatrical Processes. I am active in the local poetry scene in Turku, where I am a member of the board and secretary of Runoviikko and I work as a freelance scriptwriter. My work deals with the physical and literary expression of space and time, bodily articulation, queerness, and the overlapping of different media and languages in the creative process. My poetry is multilingual and often engages with the out-of-kilter-ness of unexpected clashes between different languages. One of my main goals in my production is the cross-pollination between different artistic and cultural fields and the way in which their intermingling can create new undefinable possibilities between theatre, visual arts, and literature.
