Majella Clarke is a conductor, oboist, and sound artist with a dynamic career spanning traditional and experimental music practices. She has conducted esteemed ensembles and orchestras, including the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra, Korvat Auki Ensemble and Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, and is the co-founder of the Helsinki Art Ensemble (HAE!), where she creates immersive multisensory experiences blending contemporary performance with new media.

An advocate for innovation, her work intertwines  music, technology, and environmental themes. Her accolades include the Vienna Waves Music Festival Hack Day award and recognition as a finalist for the EU S+T+ARTS fellowship prize. She holds advanced conducting and music qualifications, as well as degrees in science, economics, and an MBA.

A sought-after speaker and scholar, she publishes on a range of topics including sustainability, artificial intelligence, and conducting, inspiring diverse audiences. Her unique artistic vision continues to expand the possibilities of musical performance and collaboration.
