Ekaterina Myllykoski

Ekaterina Myllykoski is a Symbolist artist based in Helsinki. Born in Moscow, I have established my artistic practice through a global lens, having studied in the UK and lived in Switzerland, Russia, the UK, Cyprus, and India. My work explores dark and introspective themes, often centred around mental health and the human psyche. Using ink and watercolour as my primary mediums, I create surreal and insightful pieces that challenge conventional perceptions and explore the complexities of the human mind. My background in both Fine Art and Journalism informs my practice, allowing me to effectively communicate my interpretations of the world through vivid visual narratives.
