Are you ready to shift your mind towards systemic change in diversity? Are you ready to move beyond good intentions and take real action? We need culture to step in! Will you lead the shift toward real inclusivity, or stay on the sidelines?

As part of the #StopHatredNow Festival 2025, this roundtable invites cultural leaders, policymakers, and decision-makers to explore the Towards Systemic Change: Diversity Training Module for Cultural Leaders. Developed as part of the Erasmus+ project Access, Advocacy, and Active Inclusion (AAA), this innovative training tool aims to foster inclusivity and diversity within the arts and culture sector.

Join Globe Art Point’s project researcher Cansu Pylkkänen and project manager Alex Kollerová as they introduce the training module, which addresses critical gaps in current cultural structures and highlights the challenges faced by artists with migratory backgrounds. The module offers concrete strategies to combat discrimination, bias, and exclusion, providing cultural leaders with practical approaches to creating lasting change.

Drawing on insights from surveys, research, and firsthand experiences, this training module empowers leaders to implement sustainable, effective solutions to make art and culture more inclusive for all. The session will feature a group testing of the module followed by a reflective discussion, creating an interactive space for participants to share insights and deepen their understanding.

Preliminary Programme:

  • 14:00 Introduction of the Training Module
  • 14:15 Group Testing of the Training Module
  • 14:40 Group Discussion

This roundtable is an essential opportunity for cultural leaders, gatekeepers, and decision-makers who are committed to advancing diversity in their organisations. Whether you’re already working to implement inclusive practices or are looking to explore new tools to support positive change, this event will provide valuable insights and practical resources.
