Their background goes from developing visual concepts for staged productions to producing immersive content for museums and private events. Currently, they are Pursuing an MA in New Media at Aalto University where she focuses on Subjectivity and experience as ways to create other forms of narrative and knowledge.
My artistic practice is process-based and focuses on mapping methods to open dialogues about the dynamics between space/infrastructures and the subject. My work unfolds in installations, performances, soundscapes, videos, and geotagged sound maps that aim to challenge how we understand these spaces/infrastructures from a linear standpoint and instead explore ways of understanding them from an embodied and subjective standpoint. During the past years in Helsinki, I have worked on self-organized projects and funded projects centered around artistic practices and cultural matters. These projects aimed to provide platforms that encourage knowledge-making, community-building, and practices of care.
