Call for a workspace

Call for a workspace

Are you in need of affordable workspace in Helsinki?

Globe Art Point is running an ongoing open call for a workspace in our premises commencing in October 2021. The workspace is most suitable for students, producers or literature professionals who need a temporary office space for their work. The workspace includes a small private office room 255 x 260cm, communal kitchen and toilet. The common areas will be shared with the G.A.P team (2 employees). Our office is located in central Helsinki, 3min walk from Kamppi metro station on Malminkatu street 5

The space is available for a minimum of one month and it can be rented out for up to 3 months even though the duration is always negotiable. The rent is 300e per month but you can also share the office room with one more person for an additional 100e per month = 400e for 2 people per month. Please note, in case you decide to share the workspace, it is your responsibility to find a suitable individual who would be working beside you.

About the office:

There is only ambient light in the room and therefore, it is not recommended for people who need natural light for their work or whose byproduct of their work is noise. Equally, we regularly host meetings and events in the communal area that is right next to the small office so if you need nothing but dead air for your work, this is not the ideal workplace for you.

If you are interested in renting out our workspace, please send us an email to info(at)globeartpoint.fi explaining what the office is used for, how long you would like to stay with us and what your field of work is. The viewing of the office space is available every Tue-Fri between 10:00 and 15:00. Please call or email us for an appointment.
